A godsend for our backyard

Yes, this timer lacks some features that would be great to have. But this little thing does a great job at the basics, especially for the price. I’ve been really happy with it so far, have been using about two months now. I’ve used a two way splitter to attach two hoses and this has helped me keep the backyard green all summer. Great buy so far!

Easy to use and install

This came in a marked cardboard box. I bought this to replace an old manual one that bit the dust. It takes 3 AAA batteries and has a sealed battery compartment. It screwed on to the faucet easily and was easy to set and run. Only time will tell its durability.

Nice basic timer with easy programming and battery installation

This is a nice, basic timer with easy programming, and options from one minute on up! The batteries were easy to install (unlike several of my other timers that have battery compartments that are hard to open). So far it has been operating as scheduled without a problem. Since it is round, it is "in-line" with the hose and spigot, which makes it easier to put onto a multi-connector at the water source (I have a 4-way splitter on the spigot). Most of the timers I can find now are square or rectangular, and stick off to the side which sometimes makes it hard to install on a splitter. The programming display uses lights rather than a digital display screen, which I think might be better in the long run since those screens sometimes quit working. Timers have gotten kind of pricey and complicated, I'm hoping this one will fill the bill for single connection reliability. So far, so good!
