Refund policy
First, if you need to consider returns & refunds, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!". Nothing makes us happier than happy BALDR customers. As such, we promise to do our very best to deliver a fantastic product and customer experience and, rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know.Â
- We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, please email us at support@baldrelectronic.com. We will try our best to make it right.Â
- You may cancel an order at any time before shipment. If your order has shipped, we will issue a refund as soon as we receive the items back from you.Â
- If you decide to return the product, please note that you may return it within 30 days of your receipt. We can either issue a refund to your account or offer a free exchange. Let us know your preference when you initiate the return. After 30 days, we will only accept exchanges.Â
- To help us process your return more efficiently, we encourage you to email us before returning a product so we can provide the best service. Often, just a few little tricks can help get the products to work and save you all the hassle of packing and running to the postal office.

- Once we receive the returns, we will process them within 2-4 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your account, and exchange/replacements will be sent out immediately.Â
- Shipping payment will not be refunded. We will only issue a refund on the products you ordered & returned.Â
- After the refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation for your records.Â
- If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please let us know within five days of delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.Â
