RETURN & REFUNDS
First, if you need to consider returns & refunds, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!". Nothing makes us happier than happy BALDR customers. As such, we promise to do our very best to deliver a fantastic product and customer experience and, rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know.
- We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, please email us at email@example.com. We will try our best to make it right.
- You may cancel an order at any time before shipment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the items back from you.
- If you decide to return the product, please note that you may return it within 30 days upon your receipt. We can either refund your account or do a free exchange. Let us know your preference when you initiate the return. After 30 days, we will only accept exchanges.
- To help us process the return faster & smoother, please fill out the Return/Exchange Form on this page. We also encourage you to email us before returning a product so that we can provide you with the best service. Often, just some little tricks can help getting the products to work and save you all the hassles packing & running to the postal office.

- Once received, we will process the returns within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your account, and exchange/replacements will be sent out immediately.
- Payment for shipping will not be refunded. We will only issue refund on the products you ordered & returned.
- After the refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation for your records.
- If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please let us know within five days of delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
