Our sensor provides outdoor temperature readings ranging from -40℃ to 60℃ (-40℉ to 140℉). Please be aware that accuracy may be reduced in extreme weather conditions.

Designed to withstand extreme weather conditions, the sensor is weatherproof (not waterproof). However, to maintain longevity and ensure precise measurements, placing the sensor under a cover and away from direct sunlight and rain is highly recommended. Proper placement protects the sensor from potential heat sources and precipitation, contributing to more accurate readings and extended device life.

No, it doesn't work with any of those regular weather stations, only with the latest BALDR Wifi Weather Stations (i.e., HWS388WKIT-V13).

The pairing needs to be done through the App. To connect the sensor:
1. Download the HomGar App.
2. In the app, locate your weather station and tap “Add Sub-devices”.
3. Select “Thermo-Hygro Sensor” as the device type.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Important: Do not insert the batteries until prompted during the pairing process. Inserting the batteries at the right moment allows the app to automatically detect and pair the sensor with your weather station.
