FAQ

After installation, there is water leaking from the body of the valve. What should I do?

We advise our customers to install the water timer in a vertical position on the ground to prevent damage to its internal components. Using it at an angle or horizontally may harm the valves inside, potentially leading to leaks.

Additionally, please ensure the following:

  1. The filter is correctly installed.
  2. The sealing ring is properly in place.
  3. The thread is not damaged.
  4. There are no gravel or obstructions at the water outlet.
  5. Consider installing a sealing ring or raw material belt for added protection.

Does this water timer seamlessly integrate with the RainPoint Soil Meter and/or Rain Gauge to synchronize with the watering schedule? Do I need to purchase any wifi hub to get them worked?

The Wifi Water Timer includes a Gateway Socket capable of pairing with multiple add-on devices simultaneously. All you need to complete your RainPoint ecosystem are the Rain Gauge and Soil Moisture Meter(s).
