Yes! With the included Smart Hub connected to your home's 2.4GHz WiFi network, you can check temperature and humidity readings from anywhere using the HomGar app. It's an easy way to monitor your home, greenhouse, basement, or pet area while you're away.

No! Every kit includes a compatible Smart Hub, whether you choose the 1-Pack or 3-Pack option. Everything you need for WiFi connectivity is included—no additional hub purchase required.

Bluetooth is used for initial sensor pairing and short-range communication during setup. It allows the sensors to connect with the system when you're nearby.

WiFi enables remote monitoring through the included Smart Hub. Once the hub connects to your home's 2.4GHz WiFi network, you can check temperature and humidity readings, review historical data, and receive customized alerts through the HomGar app—even when you're away from home.

In short: Bluetooth helps with local setup, while WiFi keeps you connected from anywhere. Both work together to make monitoring simple and convenient.

Both options include one Smart Hub. The 1-Pack comes with one solar-powered thermometer hygrometer, while the 3-Pack includes three sensors for monitoring multiple locations simultaneously. All necessary AAA batteries are included.

The Smart Hub requires a 2.4GHz WiFi connection. It does not connect directly to a 5GHz-only network. If your router supports both frequencies, make sure a 2.4GHz network is available during setup.

Each thermometer features a built-in solar panel that helps reduce battery consumption when sufficient light is available. Three AAA alkaline batteries provide backup power, helping maintain reliable monitoring in low-light conditions. The solar panel helps extend battery life but does not eliminate the need for batteries.

Yes! Set your preferred temperature and humidity limits in the HomGar app and receive push notifications when readings go outside your selected range. This is especially helpful for monitoring greenhouses, nurseries, basements, and other temperature-sensitive spaces.

Yes! The Smart Hub supports up to nine compatible sensors, allowing you to expand your monitoring system as needed. Give each sensor a custom name in the HomGar app so you can easily identify different rooms or locations.
